RAPID DEPLOYMENT IFAK POUCH
Sometimes life can bring situations when you will be injured during combat or field training and your buddy will have to treat you. If this situation happens you should have a basic set of medical supplies with you on a clearly visible and accessible place. We have made a pouch - IFAK - which is not too much big nor senselessly small. It has exactly perfect size for this purpose. You can easily remove it yourself with one hand from the platform, which could be mounted to a belt, plate carrier, backpack or other gear. In terms of content, we have designed the IFAK to accommodate all medical supplies recommended according to the latest TCCC Guidelines.
Rapid Deployment IFAK consists of two parts, a MOLLE tear-off platform with the option of mounting on a MOLLE system or belt and the removable pouch for medical supplies. The case itself can be equipped (optional - sold separately) with a reflective square (IR or reflective) for better identification.
The left inner part of the case is equipped with two tunnel compartments for a chest seal, NPA, trauma shears and hemostatic gauze. There is also a transparent velcro pocket (COMBAT PILL PACK) on the upper tunnel compartment for analgetics or other tablets.
The right inner part of the case has a universal system of cutouts with the option of individualizing the fixation using one-wrap velcro or shockcord. From the factory, we fitted the right part with a pair of 1" elastic for fixing a 6" bandage, decompression needles and pen , but thanks to the cut-out systems, everyone can customize it according to their own imagination.
