General Use Instructions (catalog summary)

1. Place the tourniquet between the wound and the heart.
2. Pull the strap tight and secure it.
3. Twist the compression rod until bleeding stops.
4. Lock the rod in the holding system.
5. Secure the free strap.
6. Close the white tab and record time and date.

For leg hemorrhage: apply high on the thigh and tighten using both hands.
